Microtech is looking for an Automation Engineer to participate in the design, integration, programming, implementation, and technical support of industrial electrical, control, and automation systems.
Job Description
Participate in the design, programming, configuration, and implementation of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
Perform testing, commissioning, maintenance, upgrading, and optimization of automation systems.
Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults related to control systems, machinery, and production lines.
Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and customers during project execution.
Prepare technical documents, work reports, handover records, and related project documentation.
Provide technical support at the workshop, project sites, or customer factories when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
Knowledge or experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, inverters, sensors, instrumentation, control panels, and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Willing to travel and work on-site when required by projects.
Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and committed to long-term development.
Preferred
Experience in industrial sectors such as Food & Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Refrigeration, Oil & Gas, or other automated production systems.
Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware, or Citect is an advantage.

2. ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN
Microtech is looking for an Electrical & Automation Technician to support the installation, wiring, inspection, maintenance, repair, and technical service of industrial machinery, equipment, and production systems.
Job Description
Carry out installation, wiring, inspection, and operation support for electrical, control, and automation systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of equipment at the workshop or on-site.
Assist in checking control panels, sensors, control devices, actuators, and other related technical components.
Work closely with engineers during installation, testing, maintenance, and system upgrading activities.
Record equipment conditions, prepare work reports, and perform assigned technical tasks.
Support customers in technical service, maintenance, and repair work when required.
Requirements
Graduated from Technical School, College, or equivalent practical background in Industrial Electrical, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Knowledge or experience in industrial electrical systems, control panels, sensors, control devices, and industrial machinery.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings and perform field technical work.
Responsible, careful, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Willing to travel and work at project sites or customer factories when required.
Preferred
Candidates with experience in installation, wiring, maintenance, repair, or field technical service in industrial environments.
Practical experience with machinery, production lines, or control panels is an advantage.
